I have been a psychotherapist for over 35 years. My experience includes many years of clinical work with severely mentally ill children, adults and families. Most recently I worked at the Aloha House Therapy Group on Maui as an in-home family counselor. I also worked at a special program for single mothers with addictions and survivors of abuse. This position involved providing psychotherapy and coordination with social services agencies, job training and employment services.
At the Warm Springs Indian reservation, Warm Springs, Oregon I designed and managed a home for abandoned and abused Native American Tribal children, case worker services and referrals, coordinated and collaborated with federal, state and local agencies providing a wide range of services to clients and their families. Throughout all these years I have continued to offer a private holistic therapy practice as well.
